Coaching for Church Leaders

Our work at Ministry Renewal is built on our experience as leaders in the local church. We have that calling for the ministry deep in our souls. The Gospel matters. Your church matters. Your vision matters. So let's pursue that vision together!

You want someone to listen to your vision and understand your culture. It's your vision and your context; we do not have a one-size fits all. We identify and help your leadership team remove the obstacles that are keeping you from reaching the full potential that God has for your church.

You need experienced guides and a clear plan. Pursuing your church's vision requires focus and commitment. Planning the work is good. We make sure you work the plan. We build implementation into the process and hold you accountable so that you stay focused.

You are not working alone in this pursuit. Your work matters. Our goal is to equip you with tools that bring the vision into reality. At Ministry Renewal, we are focused on coaching church leaders for greater impact. If you want to reach for the next level of your own leadership, then you have found the right partner for the journey.

Josh has dedicated his life to one assertion: the last bastion of freethinking, creative truth, and generous living is found in the local church. He has served in full-time pastoral ministry for 20 years as a youth pastor, denominational leader, and senior pastor. He presently serves as Teaching Pastor at Eastside Baptist Church in Atlanta and Dean of the School of Ministry at Richmont Graduate University.  He holds degrees from Lee University (B.A.), Columbia Theological Seminary (M.A.), and the Lutheran School of Theology at Chicago (Th.M; Ph.D).
